On March 24th, the Bay Cities Construction/Retrofit Pros team will be at the Income Property Management Expo at the Pasadena Convention Center. This event is organized & hosted by Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles (AAGLA), we'll be there to talk to property owners on how they can protect their multifamily (soft story) properties and single family (residential) homes with a seismic retrofit. The Ridgecrest Earthquakes remind us of how powerful and devastating earthquakes can be. Make sure to visit us at booth #133 later this month!
